Her Story
From the Classroom to the Stage — and Back to the Students
Erica Grace began her career as an educator, working directly with middle and high school students and gaining firsthand insight into the challenges young people face—from building confidence and navigating peer relationships to making choices that can shape their future.
Alongside her work in education, Erica built a professional career in the entertainment industry, including work as a professional stuntwoman in film and television. That experience strengthened her skills in communication, storytelling, preparation, resilience, and performing under pressure—lessons that continue to influence the way she connects with young people today.
Over time, these two paths—educator and performer—came together with a shared purpose: helping young people recognize their potential and become more intentional about the choices, relationships, and habits shaping their lives.
Today, Erica brings her experience in education and entertainment to Real Dreams Achieved LLC and its youth development program, Who You’re Becoming™, combining an educator’s understanding of students with an engaging, relatable approach to communication.
Through workshops, assemblies, leadership development, and the B.E.C.O.M.E.™ Framework, the program is designed to help young people strengthen confidence, examine their choices, build healthier relationships, take ownership of their story, recognize their ability to make an impact, and use their influence to elevate others.
